Do you service e-bikes?

Yes, we will happily service any e-bike with any mechanical or bicycle-related work, however we will not install motor kit conversions or diagnose electrical problems

Can you repair a flat tire?

Yes, we can fix a flat tire. The Bike Guy has a minimum service charge of $59.99

What if I need a part replaced, do you have the part in stock?

Yes, our mobile bike shop has a variety of parts in stock and we bring them to every service call. We also have a full online store in case you need something specific https://thebikeguy.ca/shop

Parts are not included in the service, but we can give you an estimate before we start working

Do you sell bikes?

What kind of bicycles do you service?

We work on all kind of bikes (mountain bikes, road bikes, commuters/ hybrids, kids bikes)

How do I book a service appointment?

Where do you fix my bike?

We come to you on the date and time of your choice, and we service your bike on-site in our mobile bike shop van

How long does it take to fix my bike?

Time varies depending on the service package of your choice. Most appointments are between 1hr and 1.5hr

Is The Bike Guy insured?

Yes, The Bike Guy is fully insured

Do you collect old bikes for recycling?

We dispose / recycle old bikes for a small fee of $50
